Very good service,,, well maintained.. very polite behaviour,, we enjoyed very much , and have lots of fun and listened so much cool and horrifying stories about sundarban and tiger attacks.. and food also so so good and comfortable.. 10/10

I have been with this agency for 3 days now . The service we got was in fact very good . I'm not the type of person to give reviews but now I'm giving reviews cause I am genuinely satisfied . I came with my group of 27 people . And lunch , dinner , snacks everything have been provided on time . The 2-3 people who were in charge of us were really respectful and very nice . I thing I personally liked the most was how they were on time always . My overall experience was good with this agency. So yes I , in fact would recommend it.

Bubai Travels gave the excellent service during my trip to Sunderban. Mr Subha is really an awesome man. He was very cooperative all the way. Quality of food is really good. Stay and evening cultural programmes were superb.

We recently visited sundarbans with my family, it was our first time we ever visited. It was an amazing experience with bubai travels, their service is top notch, with good quality food. They maintained proper hygiene. They gave us good hotels . Overall it was great to have a tour with them.

Booked the three days/two nights tour for 25-27th December and it exceeded our expectations... everything was amazing, the food , the hotel, the boat , the staff behaviour, the guide for sundarban forest area , and everything else. We never got bored for even once during the tour . We are very satisfied with the services provided, shall make another visit soon ~ .

Sundarban, you're a real gem! I gave it 4.5/5 stars - the mangrove forests, Royal Bengal tigers, and winding rivers stole my heart. The boat rides through the delta were thrilling, and the food quality was amazing. Only thing was, getting there was a bit of a trek. Still, worth it for the adventure and breathtaking beauty.

Hospitality for the guests of Bubai Travels during the tour was quite good during the entire tour. Specially mentionable was the service of Sayan and Sujit. At the same would suggest Bubai Travels to ensure the departure time of the boat is followed properly as informed to the guests. But would surely recommend all to enjoy the beauty of Sundarban with Bubai Travels.
